I'm planning to do this quilt while I wait for Bonnie's next clues. I'm starting to think that my guesses at her mystery are off - there's some gaps in my figuring. So why not just do both? :)

I like both, very much. This is a hard decision!
ReplyDeleteI would say, number two. I think having the green centers ties the other greens in the other blocks all together.
Gotta go with the purple. I like the pattern that the purples make that touch on the corners. (Remember I'm not a quilter so my vote holds little merit! LOL)

I like the green centers, I am not much on purple but its an ok accent piece.

purple. the chains that are made from the purple squares in your star blocks need purple centers to "connect" across the quilt.
ReplyDeleteOk, to add to the confusion I'm going to go with the gren. It actually makes the purples a bit more "punchy".

I like them both but I think I like #2 just an eensy bit better. Both are pretty. Ohio Star is one of my favorite blocks.

ReplyDeleteYOU are such a BIG purple lover that I am sure you have tons more purple than green!!! Go for purple and have fun using your great purple collection of fabrics!
