In Simple Words

A little guy had his first birthday yesterday.
He's only said "mama" so far, and is on the cusp of walking.

We're also moving at the end of this month.
Lots of decluttering going on, but not so much with my quilting stuff, except for a few magazines.

And a wee little bit of quilting accomplished.
Now I just need to label, take pictures and mail it off to a good friend.

Happy First Birthday! I can't hardly believe it has been a year since you had him. The quilt looks great, you did a nice job on the quilting.

Take care!

We're celebrating my youngest niece turning one today, a day before her birthday on Jun 12.

Happy first birthday to Caleb! The quilting will get easier as he gets older. When mine were tiny I felt like I never got to sew more than 5 minutes at a time - but even 5 minutes at a time adds up!

I love the hand-dyed fabrics in this quilt! I need to buy some more PFD and dye some up!

Have a great weekend and thanks for not giving up on my blog! Where are you moving to?

Beautiful quilt! I wish I had time for sewing, but with four kids 5 and under, it's impossible right now. :0)

Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday. I have the first part of my first home birth story posted if you are interested.

Blessings!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Your comment about C-sections was right on...I agree 100%! It's why I chose homebirth for my last two babies, and I'll choose it again if there are other babies in my future. :)

Enjoyed browsing your blog...you are a very talented quilter!

Blessings!
